The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still conveniently situated. It is in the slope of a calm area but halfway to everything. The rooms are luxurious and extremely clean, providing a comfortable and spacious accommodation. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with excellent quality and taste. The staff is highly professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist guests.

The shower over the bath is badly designed, with a difficult-to-use tap and a short curtain that leads to water spilling everywhere in the bathroom.

During my 5-night stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality and atmosphere. The food, particularly the breakfast and business lunch at the second-floor restaurant, was of exceptional quality and value. The staff, especially the concierge and front desk team, were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff were always ready to assist. The spa facilities were also excellent, with clean and well-maintained areas for relaxation. I even had a great haircut with Anastasia. The hotel's location, being close to the city center, made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying all that it has to offer. the staff's professionalism, the cleanliness, and the excellent food options were the highlights of my stay.

Our spacious and comfortable rooms provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The central location made it convenient for us to access the main street and explore more of what Kiev has to offer. Opera Hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. the luxurious amenities include a Spa & wellness centre, sauna, massage and a restaurant with a special diet menu. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provide ultimate relaxation. the spacious rooms offer exclusive advantages such as private facilities and in-room breakfast. the location advantages are undeniable, with a nearby coffee/tea in the lobby and restaurant buffet. the absolute best part is the impeccable service of the staff.
